Our pie making classes sell out so reserve early!
Classes with the designation "LOACC" are arranged through a partnership with the City of Lake Oswego and the Lake Oswego Adult Community Center. All classes, unless specified, are conducted at Terrace Kitchen. Reservations may be made through Terrace Kitchen or the Community Center, fees vary. All instruction is provided by James Beard Award-winning author-instructors Fernando and Marlene Divina.

Our Dinner with the Winemaker Series: Celebrating American culinary icon James Beard and his American Regional cookery with one of Oregon's preeminent Pinot Noir producers was SOLD OUT! Reception was followed by dinner with the incomparable Bernard Lacroute of WillaKenzie Estate Winery. Folk got the latest perspective of our beloved terroir from one of the principle champions of estate grown and produced Oregon wines. They learned about his ideas where Burgundy – Bernard’s place of origin – and Oregon are alike and how they differ. The menu, created by chef maestro Fernando Divina, featured wildlings, some of James Beard's classic and favorite dishes and the season's first fresh harvest of morels.
